​MainStreet Valuation has 22 years of experience appraising Residential Single Family Properties which include Duplex Homes, Townhomes, 1-4 Family Units, Vacant Land, New Construction and Measuring Properties.  Each report that leaves our office is reviewed by Quality Control to make sure it's done right the first time.

 

Our Quality Control Director has 14 years experience as a national reviewer appraiser and has worked for Citi Bank, PennyMac and Fannie Mae.  While at Fannie Mae she was the Subject Matter Expert for the Investment Banker Portfolio.  Additionally she has taught Real Estate Appraising for licensing.
